MoneyGram has teamed up with Crossmint to incorporate stablecoin capabilities into its payment network, beginning with remittances to Colombia. This collaboration enables recipients to instantly receive USDC through Crossmint-powered wallets, eliminating traditional processing delays and fees.

Recipients can choose to hold USDC, convert to pesos at more than 6,000 locations, or spend globally via upcoming card integrations. Crossmint's infrastructure guarantees regulatory compliance and scalability, facilitating MoneyGram's stablecoin deployment.
